1. Definitions and Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the soper baji platform and all services operated under it. The key terms used throughout are defined below:

• "Platform" — refers to the soper baji website, mobile application, and all services provided through them.
• "User" or "You" — the person who has created an account or is using the platform's services.
• "We" or "soper baji" — the organisation that operates this platform.
• "Account" — your personal profile created through registration.
• "Balance" — the amount of funds held in your account.
• "Bonus" — additional balance or rewards given as a promotional offer.

By accessing the soper baji platform or starting to use its services, you automatically agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the services.

2. Account Registration

To use services on soper baji, you must first create a personal account. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Registration Process

At registration, you must provide a valid mobile number, email address, and a strong password. Additional information or documents may be requested later as part of the identity verification (KYC) process.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if found, all such accounts will be closed immediately and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Third-Party Accounts

Creating an account in someone else's name or on their behalf is entirely prohibited. The account may only be operated by the registered person themselves.

3. Age and Eligibility

All services on soper baji are for persons aged 21 or above only. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

In addition, residents of areas where online gaming and betting services are legally prohibited are not eligible to use this platform. It is entirely the user's responsibility to be aware of the legal regulations in their location.

4. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone.

• Your password should be hard to guess — use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Never share OTP verification codes with anyone — soper baji never asks for an OTP by phone or message.

soper baji will not be liable for any loss resulting from you providing your login credentials to a third party.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

soper baji currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for all methods).

When depositing, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted and we reserve the right to hold such transactions.

5.2 Withdrawals

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer — can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing normally takes 10 to 45 minutes.

5.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious or there is a concern of fraud, we reserve the right to review it. During the review, activity on the relevant account may be temporarily restricted.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

soper baji offers various promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are communicated at the time the offer is made. The general bonus policy is as follows:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,200 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies to one account, one IP address, and one device.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• If the real money balance in the account runs out before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus balance may be forfeited.
• At the time of deposit, you will have the option to claim or decline a bonus offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — a new bonus cannot be activated until the wagering on the current one is complete.

7. Betting Rules

soper baji offers sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other categories. Each game category has its own rules, but the following general rules apply across all of them:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where a "cash out" option is available on certain sports bets.
• Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, which is displayed in the game lobby.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the game provider's log records will be considered final.
• In-play betting on sports (bets placed after a match has started) is accepted within specific terms and limits.

7.1 Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football, and other sports, the official match result is final. If a match is postponed or abandoned, the related bet will be cancelled and the staked amount refunded — however, for multi-selection bets, the cancelled selection will be counted at odds of 1.00.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the soper baji platform:

1. Abusing the bonus system — such as collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
2. Arbitrage betting or placing bets using software or bots.
3. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
4. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
5. Exploiting any technical vulnerability to influence game results.
6. Operating an account using a false identity or incorrect information.
7. Attempting to access the platform's servers or network in a harmful manner.
8. Placing bets on behalf of third parties or acting for a professional syndicate.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, soper baji reserves the right to close the account immediately and forfeit all balances and winnings.

9. Limitation of Liability

The soper baji platform is operated on an "as is" basis. We are not liable in the following situations:

• Loss caused by a disruption to the user's network connection.
• Issues arising from the failure of third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, or government restrictions.
• Loss caused by the user sharing their login credentials with a third party.

In any case, our liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction in question. We will not accept liability for indirect losses or loss of expected earnings.

10. Account Closure or Suspension

10.1 soper baji's Authority

soper baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicion of fraud or indication of involvement in financial crime.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (more than one year).

10.2 Voluntary Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Complete all pending withdrawals before closing. If an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, the bonus funds will be forfeited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
